CHRISTMAS IN JULY MAKE SWEET GINGERBREAD HOUSES

I  have hand decorated these ginger bread houses they are so much fun to make .
 For the icing I use egg white mixed  with icing sugar . The icing sets hard to hold all the cookies, candycane, lollies  and marshmallows in place . I sprinkled some icing sugar  on the roofs when the icing dried also. Every house is different  and so colourful.
